1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TrueLines.Bet website ("Service"), operated by TrueLines.Bet ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service. By using TrueLines.Bet, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to engage in sports betting activity in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for determining whether sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. TrueLines.Bet does not accept bets, process wagers, or operate as a sportsbook. We provide informational and analytical content only.

3. Nature of Service

TrueLines.Bet is an informational and entertainment platform that provides AI-generated sports betting analysis, picks, and educational content. We are NOT a sportsbook, gambling operator, or licensed betting entity.

  • Our picks are generated by an AI model and represent statistical analysis, not guaranteed outcomes
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • All betting involves substantial risk of financial loss
  • We do not accept deposits, process bets, or handle any gambling transactions
  • Any decision to place a bet is made entirely at your own risk and discretion

4. No Guarantee of Results

TrueLines.Bet makes no guarantee of profitability or accuracy. Sports betting outcomes are inherently uncertain. Our AI model provides probability estimates based on available data, but actual results may vary significantly from projections.

You acknowledge that:

  • Betting can result in the loss of your entire bankroll
  • Our picks may lose more often than they win in any given period
  • Edge percentages and expected value calculations are theoretical estimates
  • Line movement, injuries, and other factors can change after picks are posted

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscription Plans & Payments

TrueLines.Bet offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Recurring billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled
  • Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of your paid billing period
  • Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no picks have been accessed
  • Founding Member plans: Pricing is locked at the rate at time of purchase for as long as the subscription remains active

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TrueLines.Bet — including but not limited to picks, analysis, model outputs, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of TrueLines.Bet and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or republish our picks or analysis for commercial purposes
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices from our content
  • Create derivative works based on our proprietary model or algorithms

You MAY share individual picks on social media with attribution to TrueLines.Bet.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

TrueLines.Bet participates in affiliate programs with licensed sportsbooks. When you click on sportsbook links on our site and create an account, we may receive compensation. This does not affect our picks, analysis, or recommendations. We only recommend sportsbooks that we use and trust.

9. Responsible Gambling

TrueLines.Bet is committed to responsible gambling. We encourage all users to:

  • Only bet with money you can afford to lose
  • Set a budget and stick to it
  • Never chase losses
  • Take breaks from betting regularly
  • Seek help if gambling becomes a problem

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUELINES.BET AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Financial losses from betting decisions made based on our picks or analysis
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data inaccuracies
  • Third-party sportsbook actions (account limitations, bet cancellations, etc.)

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TrueLines.Bet in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueLines.Bet from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute paid content without authorization
  • Misrepresent your age, identity, or jurisdiction

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
